Roles & Responsibilities

Call Centre role

Job Description:

  • Answer/transfer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients

Requirements:

  • Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and healthcare staff
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service

Working hours:

8am-5pm, Monday - Friday

8am - 1pm on Saturdays.
