Call Centre role
Job Description:
- Answer/transfer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients
Requirements:
- Empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and healthcare staff
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service
Working hours:
8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
8am - 1pm on Saturdays.
