Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account Receivables and Account Payables)
  • Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls
  • Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants
  • Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis
  • Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office

Period:

  • 1 year contract

Location:

  • Raffles Place

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Salary:

  • Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder with 3 years of experience
  • Familiarity of property or real estate sector
  • Use of accounting systems – Voyager (Yardi)
  • Proficient in excel
  • Skilled in Application of Financial Reporting Standards (“FRS”), Review of Financial Results, Management of Debts
  • Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account Receivables and Account Payables)
