ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
  • Attends client meetings.
  • Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
  • Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
  • Responds to client inquiries and complaints and ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients.
  • Assist in the operation of preparing budget and variance operations reports.
  • Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform facilities inspections and prepare reports.
  • Review service providers' performance to ensure quality service standards.
  • Coordinate and manage move, add, and change of activities.
  • Managed vendor relationships and trained vendors on work order and billing procedures
  • Process invoices and ensure proper cost center coding.
  • Review periodic reports including financials and explain variances, and work with the finance team for invoice processing.
  • Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
