Assistant Facilities Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
- Attends client meetings.
- Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
- Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
- Responds to client inquiries and complaints and ensure timely and quality service delivery to clients.
- Assist in the operation of preparing budget and variance operations reports.
- Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform facilities inspections and prepare reports.
- Review service providers' performance to ensure quality service standards.
- Coordinate and manage move, add, and change of activities.
- Managed vendor relationships and trained vendors on work order and billing procedures
- Process invoices and ensure proper cost center coding.
- Review periodic reports including financials and explain variances, and work with the finance team for invoice processing.
- Ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Other duties may be assigned.
