Our Client is a leading leader in the communications and cyber security sector. They are looking for talents to be a part of their growing team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscriptions including newspaper/magazines/online portals/TV and related assets
  • Manage office sundries and stationery supplies
  • Manage name cards order
  • Manage first aid / AED equipment and training
  • Transport and travel arrangement
  • Manage procurement system for item purchase
  • Resource booking system management
  • Displays / signage management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Min Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice

Working Hours

  • 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break) 
  • Long term commitment preferably.
