- Facilities Management:
Managing building office operations, including lease agreements
Coordinating car parking and annual electrical/power shutdown.
Overseeing fire drill preparedness
Handling the extension of air conditioning services
Other Ad-hoc Roles - Office Admin / Receptionist during lunch hours
REQUIREMENTS:
- Between 8AM - 6PM
- On a coverage basis, base on business requirements
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Possess personal transport is an advantage
