Facility & Admin Executive

- Manage the overall maintenance, repair and the day-to-day upkeep of the Church's properties, facilities, and equipment.
- Plan, execute and supervise building upkeep and maintenance.
- Supervise and follow-up on the completion of additions and alteration works of the Church.
- Source for and manage facilities' suppliers and service providers.
- Provide operational and logistical support for the Church's various daily activities.
- Perform minor repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, and temporary repairs in an emergency.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and statutory obligations in relation to the Church properties and facilities as well as workplace safety and health requirements.
- Oversee and supervise the day-to-day activities of the facilities and maintenance team, provide backup for procurement, system administration, room booking and help desk activities.
- Execute facilities management related activities and administration.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the Church's budget for facilities management.
- Knowledge and experience in conservation works for heritage properties will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of building operations and maintenance and related regulatory requirements. Prior experience in MCST, church or para-church organisations will be advantageous.
- General knowledge of building maintenance, general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, audio systems and D.I.Y. building works.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good organisational, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekday nights and weekends. (Only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
