The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facilities-related aspects of renovation and construction projects, ensuring alignment with operational needs, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facilities-related activities during projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to integrate facilities aspects into project plans, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Oversee safety and compliance with industry standards and regulations, minimizing risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Assist in managing facilities-related budgets and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor quality of work and provide regular updates to Project Managers, ensuring project completion and handover process is smooth.
Requirements
  • Experience in facilities management, preferably in F&B and/or Manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of interior fit-out projects, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with reading detailed drawings/floor plans.
  • Basic sketching ability a plus.
