Job Title: Facilities Management Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Management Executive to join our team at Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fitness center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facility Management: Ensure the opening and closing of the facility, manning of the counter service, and admission of authorized users.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine daily checks of all facility and equipment, including gym equipment, AV equipment, lights, air conditioning, alarm systems, and IT systems.
  • Customer Support: Provide guidance and coaching to users of the gym, ensuring safe and proper usage of exercise equipment.
  • Emergency Response: Assess medical emergencies and determine if an ambulance is required.
  • Booking Management: Manage facility bookings via the online booking platform or manual booking register.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure proper management and monitoring of gym equipment, including storage and verification of equipment against the physical asset list.
Requirements:
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year working experience in the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Certifications: Certified with relevant qualifications such as the Fitness Instructor Course (FIC) or a sport management-related Diploma or equivalent.
  • First Aid: Possess valid First Aid with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification.
Working Hours:

8.45 am to 9 pm, 5 days per week, on a roster basis from Monday to Saturday.

The schedule will be notified before the start of the month.
