Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing IT solution Company. 

As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, as well as developing sales and marketing strategies to increase our presence in Singapore.

Key Responsiblities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide feedback for product/service improvement.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Adapt a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
