Job Summary


We are seeking a tenacious and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to sales heads of diverse verticals, including medical, manufacturing, industrials, and FMCG, to offer talent solutions and sales and marketing specialists. The ideal candidate must be a hard and smart worker, not shy of rejections, and have a proven track record of success in B2B sales.


Responsibilities


- Reach out to sales heads of diverse verticals to offer talent solutions and sales and marketing specialists

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to clients

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments


Requirements


- Bachelor's degree from an established university

- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales

- Proven leadership achievements in school or professional settings

- Tenacious and results-driven with a strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Not shy of rejections and willing to learn from failures


Nice to Have


- Experience in talent solutions or sales and marketing

- Knowledge of industry trends and market developments

- Existing network of contacts in diverse verticals
