The Opportunity:
- Permanent Role
- 830am - 6pm
- Entry level, no experience required
Our client operates in the financial technology and electronic payment sector, offering a variety of electronic payment services. These services include bill payments, ticketing, and other financial transactions accessible through kiosks, mobile apps, and online platforms. As a technical support officer, your role will involve assisting in the maintenance of both hardware and software to ensure seamless operation.
The Job:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls/emails on inquiries, feedbacks and complaints
- Resolve queries efficiently and escalate issues promptly
The Talent:
- Minimum "O" Levels
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Customer service oriented and possesses strong problem solving skills
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
