You will be responsible for running the daily HR operations in Singapore and SEA (Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia) and providing HR support and guidance to the internal stakeholders and liaising with external
parties/vendors.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full employee's life cycle from onboarding to offboarding; comprising recruitment activities, contract preparation, staff induction, performance management, training
and development, retention, etc * Be a business partner and work with HODs and Line Managers to provide advice pertaining to HR

issues and support on HR initiatives * Be the point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
Execute accurate and smooth running of the monthly payroll including CPF contributions and efiling for Singapore and collaborate with external payroll vendors for SEA payrolls. In this function,
the person must be familiar with the claims process as well and may also be required to support
in checking and approving the claims when the need arises as the processed claims are paid via
the monthly payroll * Assist to improve, formulate and administer the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures to be

in line with government regulations and the Company's needs * Maintain and housekeep the HR database (Times software) and generate timely and accurate

reports to the Management and stakeholders * Organise and coordinate HR events, training courses and staff engagement sessions
Carry out office admin duties relating to pantry, stationery, repairs, office leases, car-parking, petty-cash, meeting arrangement, company credit card, docu-sign, ROC searches and support the
CEO as and when it is required * Perform any other HR and Admin ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources; prior HR experience in the Financial Hands-on payroll experience for Singapore is a must Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills Take initiative and able to multi-task with a positive and can-do attitude Responsible, organised, meticulous, discreet, independent and persevering Able to work in a fast-paced environment Next Steps Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, executive summary, reasons for leaving etc.) and expected package.
