Business Development Intern (Allowance: $800 to $1500)

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development and Events Intern to join our team. This role will blend event management and business development tasks, providing a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in both fields. The intern will assist in planning and executing events while also contributing to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Assistance:
– Support the planning and execution of events such as roadshows, corporate events, and photo booths.
– Assist in the setup and breakdown of events at venues, including hotels, shopping malls, and other selected spaces.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure all logistical aspects are covered.
– Execute and run roadshows, pop-up stores, and corporate engagement throughout the event. 

Creative Planning:
– Generate ideas and assist in planning for pop-up stores and other unique event concepts.
– Contribute to the design and implementation of engaging event activities and attractions.

Social Media Management:
– Plan and create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiao Hong Shu.
– Monitor and report on social media metrics and engagement levels.

Business Development:
– Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
– Help prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for internal stakeholders, potential clients and partners.
– Support in maintaining relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

Administrative Support:
– Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and business development activities.
– Maintain organized records of event activities, budgets, business leads, and feedback.

Requirements:
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
– Strong interest in business development, event planning, and social media marketing.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique event ideas and business strategies.
– Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. (Off in Lieu Provided)
