Our client, a Japanese trading company specializing in building materials, is looking to hire a Business Development Lead – Real Estate to drive and maximize sales activities while expanding their business presence across the region. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities in key Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, India, and the Philippines Lead end-to-end project development—from initial concept and planning through to sales Conduct market and industry trend analysis; share insights across teams and report regularly to senior management Collaborate with strategic partners and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure Qualifications Must: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in real estate development Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and relevant real estate legal frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a keen interest in sustainable development Advantageous: Experience in real estate development projects in countries such as India or the Philippines Additional Information Variable Bonus (Depending on Company & Individual performance) Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 20 days) Medical Leave Family Care Leave: 6 days Medical Benefit: $700 per year (Including Dental) #J-18808-Ljbffr
