We have completed two acquisitions to date: Loving Tan and Coco & Eve. Loving Tan is the category leader in prestige tanning, delivering the most natural-looking tan. Coco & Eve's story starts in Bali, among volcanic beaches and lush rainforests. The brand helps you glow with sun-kissed, skin-loving tan products and fragranced, efficacious haircare—all formulated with tropical Balinese ingredients. We are actively searching for additional brands that fit our portfolio and vision, with a goal of $200+ million in USD sales through organic growth and acquisition within the next 3-4 years.
About Coco & EveCoco & Eve was founded in 2018, capturing the spirit of Bali with clean, vegan beauty products. With 22 beauty awards and operating in 38 countries across retail, Amazon & our direct channel, we are set to continue our rapid growth. From haircare, suncare and skincare, we combine clinically proven actives with tropical goodness and a sustainable beauty focus.
Responsibilities- Lead the execution of the approved social marketing & content strategy to expand reach and engagement across all brand platforms, focusing on storytelling, results-driven content and impactful content creation that delivers results
- Spearhead the creative ideation of the TikTok content strategy to elevate brand buzz and virality, driving high-impact content and views
- Oversee the creative ideation and implementation of the brand's content calendars and shoot schedule, delivering fun, original and KPI-focused content with high engagement
- Manage and achieve the execution of the brand's KPIs for each social channel, delivering increased brand growth, reach and engagements
- Strategically identify and execute new content angles, social trends, content creators and brand collaborations that will drive positive growth for the brand's own channels
- Manage social marketing budget spend, maximizing investment to deliver content with strong ROI to achieve business goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to define ROI
- Oversee the organization and execution of weekly & monthly campaign reporting
- Work with line manager to deep dive and present quarterly and annual brand reports, analysing brand performance metrics, spend and ROI
- Experience using Dash Hudson, or other social marketing reporting tools advantageous
- Analyse brand competitor data & content ideas to define content strategy
- Management of one direct report based in Singapore and one co-shared line report based in the USA
- Oversee the execution of the team's individual and shared KPIs
- Management of team's responsibilities and content execution across brand categories
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including the Influencer Marketing, Design, Paid Media & E-commerce teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or digital marketing preferred
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a track record in campaign management, content creation and driving channel growth
- Experience managing culturally diverse, regionally distributed teams
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (especially TikTok), influencer trends and beauty market
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign planning and execution
- Experience in beauty, FMCG or social marketing for retailer preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills, cross-collaboration with key stakeholders; third party talent & creative partners
- Must be comfortable filming and featuring in content for brand content
- Must be comfortable applying and using fake tanning, natural tanning / protection and haircare products for filming content
- Must be comfortable traveling, filming and creating content on location
- Strong leadership to drive positive and strategic impact
- Proficient with editing software like Adobe Photoshop and CapCut
- Understanding of legal and copyright regulations within social marketing
- Based in Singapore head office
