In This Role, You’ll Get To: Support the Supply Central Management team and senior leadership in decision‑making on Commercial Excellence topics Identify opportunities to improve commercial team productivity and efficiency via qualitative and quantitative business analyses Develop frameworks, validate and convince various stakeholders both within the supply team and across departments Manage projects end‑to‑end – from defining scope and success metrics to conducting in‑market testing and scaling recommendations for the global commercial team Create presentations, dashboards, tools and tracking to drive discussion, make decisions and define areas to improve with stakeholders Lead adoption of AI‑driven workflows across commercial teams, embedding GenAI tools into daily routines such as account planning, partner outreach and performance reviews Identify and eliminate manual or repetitive work by building AI‑powered solutions (e.g., automated insights, dynamic pricing signals, GenAI‑generated partner communication) Drive behavioral change, ensuring teams move beyond traditional dashboards and legacy reports to embrace AI assistants in their decision‑making processes What You’ll Need To Succeed (Must Have) A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance) Minimum 6+ years of experience working preferably in a top‑tier consulting firm and global companies High level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills on both qualitative and quantitative aspects Strong organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and balance the demands of many high‑level stakeholders under time pressure An agile self‑starter mentality and the ability to learn fast, react quickly and organize yourself and others in a fast‑paced environment The interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders at Director level and above Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English), including the ability to report project updates clearly and succinctly to different levels of the management hierarchy The drive, speed and creativity to not only execute given tasks but proactively generate new ideas and improvements for everyone The willingness to learn about project management, data manipulation and visualization tools and to propose the best ways of working with them Excellent communication skills, including the ability to distill complex projects and AI‑related solutions for a range of audiences from front‑line managers to senior executives Curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo, identify commercial pain points and deliver AI‑based solutions Hands‑on experience with GenAI tools, LLM workflows or prompt engineering, and a track record of implementing AI adoption in commercial or operational settings Demonstrated ability to act as a change agent—coaching teams, driving usage and making AI an integral part of commercial excellence It’s Great if You Have (Good to Have) Proficiency in SQL, Tableau Experience in the hotel or OTA industry Experience working with senior stakeholders Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Internet Equal Opportunity Employer At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
