Skills and Experience Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the construction industry with experience working on live projects. Proven experience working as a delay analyst in the infrastructure sector. Experience of dispute management and had involvement in arbitration or Expert Witness proceedings. Strong analytical skills and the ability to forensically review large data sets relating to disputes. Strong skills using relevant software tools, which includes but is not limited to the following: Primavera P6 and MS Project. Knowledge of the various principles of delay analysis.
