Communicate, federate, and energize the boutique team around the Maison's strategy and vision through strong leadership. Optimize and maximize boutique performance, including commercial KPIs, client excellence, operations, and profitability. Build direct contact with VIPs and ensure high standards of professional client service within the boutique. Recruit, train, manage, and develop boutique teams for an optimal and resilient organization. Guide and oversee retail transformation programs and ensure smooth implementation of continuous improvements. Ensure all brand and Maison policies, procedures, and guidelines are respected. How will you experience success with us? Possess sound management and luxury retail experience. Be people and results-oriented, service-focused, with strong analytical skills. Be fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for managing communication with a diverse client base. Have strong cultural awareness and understanding of the local clientele. How do we keep you smiling?
