Responsibilities Sales and Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including lead generation, cold calling, and proposal creation. Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our full range of compressed air and filtration products. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver value. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the compressed air and filtration industry. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to provide market feedback for product development. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold compressed air systems, industrial equipment, or related technical products. Technical knowledge of compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, air receivers, and various filtration technologies. At least a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
