  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote engineering products and services.

  • Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement improvements to meet or exceed targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize sales contracts with clients.
  • Manage risk in the sales process by identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to support decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as engineering, marketing, and finance to align business objectives.
