About the role

We are looking for a Head of HR to join the business as an Executive Director equivalent, leading a compact but high-impact HR team. You will serve as a strategic HR business partner to the senior leadership team, elevating HR standards and practices across the organization while directly contributing to business growth. A key focus of the role will also be exploring and implementing innovative approaches, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance HR processes and organizational efficiency.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate brings strong HRBP experience and a proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership. You are strategic, forward-thinking, and capable of driving change while managing a lean team. Experience in leveraging technology, particularly AI, to improve HR functions will be highly valued. Your ability to balance business needs with people strategy, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, will ensure success in this pivotal role.
