Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide solutions to HR colleagues will be essential to your success.What You Do Lead a team of functional specialists to manage technical management, change requests, and enhancements of the Workday system Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth running of Workday for Group Human Resources in Singapore and the entities in the region Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business outcomes Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Workday system and other HR systems to provide solutions to HR colleagues Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures Who You Work With Group Human Resources is at the forefront of our ongoing transformation.
