Hytech is a leading management consulting firm headquartered in Australia, we specializing in digital transformation for fintech and financial services companies. We provide comprehensive consulting solutions, and middle and back-office support, to empower our clients with streamlined operations and cutting-edge strategies.

We are currently partnering with a fast-growing online brokerage firm to hire an experienced Head of HR – APAC . This is a pivotal leadership role driving the people strategy across multiple markets in the region, with a strong focus on building and scaling high-performing commercial teams in sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand and translate business goals into actionable HR strategies.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing insight on people-related matters and shaping a strong, performance-driven culture.
  • Drive organizational change and support business growth through proactive workforce planning and talent development.
  • Play a critical role in supporting rapid team scaling and expansion into new markets.
  • Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across APAC, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Proven success in a regional HRBP or Head of HR role, preferably within fast-paced industries such as fintech, trading, crypto, or financial services.
  • Strong business acumen, you are able to deeply understand business needs and translate them into impactful HR strategies and solutions.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the APAC region, including Greater China.
