Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function for a fast-growing international organization with strong R&D and advanced manufacturing activities in Singapore. This is a strategic role, shaping people practices and culture in a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Permanent role

  • Set Direction : Define and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks that support business growth and transformation.
  • Partner with Leaders : Provide guidance on workforce planning, organization design, and change management.
  • Grow People & Culture : Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
  • Lead HR Operations : Oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance.
  • Build Talent Pipelines : Strengthen employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top technical and professional talent.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years' progressive HR experience, with proven leadership in manufacturing, engineering, or R&D-related sectors .
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Track record in organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives.
  • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and building high-performing teams.
