The ideal candidate must bring a strong industry network and proven experience in securing projects, with the ability to deliver tangible sales results within 6 months of joining . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in HVAC and CleanRoom Equipment solutions across Singapore and regional markets. Leverage existing network and industry contacts to secure new contracts and partnerships quickly. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving concrete project wins within the first 6 months. Lead ,mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent high performance. Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively. Oversee tender preparation, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for major projects. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. Provide senior management with accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience , with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership role in HVAC, CleanRoom Equipment, or related industries. Proven sales track record with ability to deliver immediate results and secure large-scale projects. Strong existing network with consultants, M&E contractors, and project developers in construction and cleanroom industries. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability, results-driven mindset, and resilience under pressure. Prior experience in solution and value selling is a plus. Ability to analyse sales data, customer information, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Regional exposure in Southeast Asia is a strong advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
