
Business Development Executive/ Manager

Reporting to Sales Director or any other manager that nominated, the candidate role is to build new customer account and maintain relationship with existing customers assigned.
The candidate will have the opportunity to involve in a full-cycle sales process for our software and services through prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, presenting the value of our solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing opportunities together with the team. On the job training will also be provided to acquire product knowledge but must be motivated to learn more on their own.
Successful candidate will enjoy quarterly sales incentive base on group and individual performance.
Flexi-work arrangements with at least 2 days reporting to office for meetings and training.
Prerequisite:
- At least 3 years of business development/ sales related experience, prior experience in IT Industry is a plus
- Junior with relevant IT certificate/ Diploma/ Degree with 1 year of working experience will be considered for junior role
Job Description:
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal, deliver solution-based product presentations and demonstrations to clients
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Work with marketing team on planning and execution of marketing and promotional programs, telemarketing plans and campaigns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements and skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Establishing credibility and being decisive
- Handling deadlines and responsibility
- Able to multitask and priorities workload
