Responsibilities- Ensure and monitor daily job dispatches to drivers
- Manage daily pickup allocations to drivers
- Process orders, requests, and resolve shipment issues
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on seller/buyer issues
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure excellent service
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries regarding missing or late deliveries
- Answer inquiries and tickets within specified timelines
- Verify proof of delivery according to SOP
- Create reports and insights for the Operational Excellence Team
- Assist the Operational Return Team with ad hoc duties
- Minimum 3 years of customer service support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Patience and conflict resolution skills
- High responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience supporting delivery-related inquiries is preferred
- Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
