Seller Operations and Risk Senior Associate - SG Operations

This role involves drafting policies and metrics for governing sellers, working with large data sets to analyze seller behavior, proposing and implementing initiatives to improve seller performance, and collaborating with product teams on process and product improvements. The position requires reviewing risk management processes including financial and PR risks.

Responsibilities include:
  • Drafting policies and metrics for seller governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyzing large data sets to gain insights into seller behavior and inform policies.
  • Proposing and driving the implementation of initiatives to enhance seller performance.
  • Communicating findings and ideas effectively to management.
  • Conceptualizing and collaborating on process and product improvements for sellers.
  • Managing risk governance processes for the platform, including financial and PR risk mitigation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, such as in business development or operations.
  • Interest in strategy, operations, and data analytics within e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer service software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
  • Curiosity to understand underlying reasons and develop impactful policies and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
