Role Overview

As an Operations Planning & Project Executive, you will lead the redesign and improvement of our returns & refunds warehouse operations and implement our next major warehouse automation project. This hands-on role combines data analytics, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, directly impacting our operational performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Transform Returns & Refund Operations: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements for high-volume returns handling.
  • Launch Warehouse Automation: Lead phases including opportunity assessment, vendor selection, proof-of-concept, and planning.
  • Lead High-Impact Projects: Drive operational improvements, capacity expansions, and productivity initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Use operational data to identify bottlenecks and guide decisions.
  • KPI & Incentive Design: Develop performance metrics and incentive systems aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with warehouse operations, logistics, tech, and regional teams.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • At least 2 years in project management, operations, or strategy roles; experience in supply chain, logistics, or automation is a plus.
  • Strong data skills, trend analysis, and insight generation.
  • Ability to present findings persuasively to operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
