What the role is: This traineeship provides an opportunity to contribute to JTC's recruitment team. What you will be working on: AI Technologies to streamline recruitment & selection process:Assess AI tool(s) to be used in recruitment processes Understand current recruitment challenges/processes Test the selected tool, analyse and provide feedback If time permits, assist the HR recruiters in customization of the tool for JTC’s needs, when feasible Management Associate Programme Structure:Conduct a research and analysis on a few Management Associate Programmes from other organisations Map out a proposed programme structure including duration, rotations and learning components Present findings and recommendations to the HR team Branding / Outreach Initiatives:Support the HR team in branding and engagement initiatives with students and IHLs Process Improvement initiatives:Assess current business processes and identify digitalization opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity What we are looking for: Key Competencies to be developed: Technology and Operational Excellence, Insights-Driven Practices, Communication and Digitalization About JTC Corporation Master planner.
