The RoleWe're looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across APAC & ANZ . You'll lead complex, consultative sales cycles , often co-selling with Slack and Salesforce teams, while working hand-in-hand with Bryd's founders, delivery teams, engineers, and marketing .
This isn't just a quota-carrying role. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Shape GTM strategy and influence Bryd's position in the market
- Gain cross-department exposure across sales, product, engineering, and marketing
- Contribute insights to product innovation and our services roadmap
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Loves Slack and thrives on speed, autonomy, and ownership
- Understands the nuances of selling across ASEAN and has proven success selling into ANZ (regular travel expected)
- Thrives in fast-moving SaaS, consulting, and services sales
- Understands Slack, Salesforce, AI, and enterprise integrations
- Can navigate multi-stakeholder deals across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise
- Wants to work side by side with founders and play a hands-on role in scaling Bryd
- Can balance a warm inbound patch with hunting new relationships with vendors, customers, and ecosystem partners
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiations, and closing deals
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across Slack, Salesforce, and Bryd-native solutions
- Co-sell with Slack and Salesforce AEs on joint strategic accounts
- Deliver compelling demos and business cases to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Technical Architects to scope complex integrations, migrations, and AI-powered workflows
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Provide field insights to influence Bryd's GTM strategy , product roadmap , and services offering
- Represent Bryd at community events, marketing activations, Slack user groups, and industry conferences
- Be comfortable breaking down technical concepts and presenting credibly to both c-suite executives and technical admins
- At least 3–6 years of B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting sales experience, ideally in Salesforce, AI, or integration ecosystems
- Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals at a top SI, ISV partner, or SaaS vendor
- Experience co-selling or partnering with major SaaS vendors like Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft, or Adobe
- Deep understanding of Slack — ideally as a power user or champion with hands-on experience
- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools, integrations, and workflow automation
- Ability to build strong C-level relationships and deliver value-driven business cases
- Comfortable selling complex solutions involving integrations, migrations, and AI-powered workflows
- Demonstrated pipeline management expertise , ideally using Salesforce CRM (or similar)
- Thrives in a fast-moving, lean startup environment with autonomy and ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and running impactful demos
- Passion for AI, automation, and the future of work — with a curiosity to stay ahead of trends
- Willingness to travel regularly across APAC & ANZ
- Experience selling into IT, Operations, or Digital Transformation leaders
- Exposure to AI-powered SaaS products and the ability to position their business value
- Experience running or driving marketing events, presenting at community meetups, or leading user groups
- Familiarity with LLM-powered tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as part of your day-to-day workflow
- Understanding of scoping both time-based and project-based work, collaborating with solutions engineers and delivery teams and Technical Architects
