Overview
Relationship Development Management - MGR at OCBC. Responsible for the acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) Premier Banking customers, identifying and cross-selling the OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to the target segment. Present value proposition to the target audience through collaboration with internal business partners and work with the Premier Banking Centre team to enhance the customer base. Manage relationships with campaign teams and product partners; arrange appointments through telesales and networking. Conduct all required KYC and AML procedures and documentation, and meet compliance and control standards in the end-to-end onboarding process.
Responsibilities- Acquire NTB Premier Banking customers; identify and cross-sell OCBC Premier Banking offerings to target segments.
- Present value proposition with internal partners; collaborate with Premier Banking Centre team to grow the customer base.
- Manage relationships with campaign teams and product partners; arrange appointments via telesales and networking.
- Ensure KYC/AML compliance and complete onboarding processes per standards.

- Minimum 2 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience.
- Tertiary education, preferably Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong new relationship-building skills.
- Highly driven and positively motivated.
