Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Singapore with some work from home allowed. The Relationship Manager will oversee day-to-day client interactions, build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, develop strategies to increase client satisfaction, address client needs and concerns, and coordinate with various internal departments to ensure services meet client expectations. The Relationship Manager will also identify new business opportunities and assist in client onboarding processes.

- Project management, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus
