ROLE PURPOSEWork as a trusted advisor by establishing, maintaining and growing the long-term relationship with Copper’s client base and internally across departments. Liaise with internal stakeholders globally to ensure effective management of an existing client portfolio, maximise product value, identify growth opportunities, and leverage broader Copper relationships. This role is client-facing and requires a solid working knowledge of crypto, trading platforms and SaaS Fintech implementations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue opportunities on existing accounts, contributing to revenue targets.
- Meet the annual OKRs set by the Head of Relationship Management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Review account performance and discuss future strategies with clients.
- Understand client needs and what the business expects from them and vice versa.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide clients with technical updates and product feature reviews aligned to client strategy.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and relevant updates for clients.
- Capture and track feedback and opportunities, and maintain organized records of client interactions and account health.
- Lead required projects (commercial and regulatory) with unified communication between clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary stakeholder for managing and responding to client DDQ requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Oversee the technical setup for clients post-onboarding, aligning configurations with ARR targets.
- Manage wind-down processes during off-ramp phases to ensure smooth transitions.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in crypto.
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence decision-makers to develop long-lasting business relationships and strategies.
- Autonomy with the ability to manage priorities across multiple internal and external partners.
- Experience in finance or trading environments with understanding of financial systems and fund structures.
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in an organized, professional manner.
- Logical thinker, self-motivated, and a strong team contributor.
Desirable
- In-depth knowledge of Crypto, Custody and Trading platforms.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
