Job Description

This role will be part of the Human Capital organization in Maybank Singapore and report to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation & benefits in Maybank Singapore, managing rewards programmes and providing advisory and support to stakeholders, including annual compensation review, incentive design, benefit reviews, governance, and policies.
  • Design, develop, and administer total rewards programmes across all levels, aligning with the Bank's philosophy.
  • Participate in job and salary benchmarking, analyze market data, and recommend competitive rewards strategies.
  • Prepare and manage manpower budgets, including cost analysis.
  • Develop and update rewards-related policies and communication materials.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Job Requirements

  • A degree with 6-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in designing and managing rewards programmes in medium/large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, legislative regulations, and compliance.
  • Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; knowledge of macros, dashboards, analytics, and accounting is advantageous.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking sector is a plus.
