**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- This role will be part of the Human Capital organization in Maybank Singapore and report to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A degree holder with at least 6-8 years of direct experience in Compensation & Benefits. - Experience in designing, managing and implementing rewards plans/programmes in a medium/large organizations. - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and methodologies including the legislative regulations and compliance. - Meticulous, Detail-oriented, Analytical, Pro-active with high level of initiative and Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Strategic business acumen, strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of macro, dashboard, workplace analytics and accounting entries will be advantageous. - Prior experience in Financial Services and/or Banking sector will be advantageous.
