Senior Manager / Manager (Treasury), Finance Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager / Manager (Treasury), Finance to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to lead and enhance our investment back-office accounting functions and consolidate treasury operations within the Finance division. Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Involve in the preparation of statutory accounts related to Endowment Fund Net Asset Value (NAV): Ensure timely and accurate records of the NAV of the endowment fund. Reconciliation: Perform fund report and book reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. Audit and Compliance: Assist in the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; review internal control reports of our fund managers. Transaction Processing: Handle income accruals and expenses recording. Treasury Operations: Manage operating cash flow and fixed deposit placements. Communication: Liaise with fund managers and university stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely information. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in legislation relating to finance and accounting, particularly those impacting endowment funds management. Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a fund accountant or in a similar finance/accounting role. In-depth knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages such as SAP S/4Hana. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
