About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP):

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity for current university students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 and blockchain industry . Participants will work alongside top talent at Binance, engage in real-world projects, and develop a professional network while learning new technical and soft skills.

Who Can Apply:
  • Current university students (typically Year 3/4)
  • Studying in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, etc.)
Team Introduction – Central Product Team:

The Central Product Team at Binance focuses on core platforms and services that underpin the Binance ecosystem. The team’s goal is to improve user experience, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency across products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support product development focused on content recommendation algorithms to improve user engagement.
  • Contribute creative input and feedback to features like personalized feeds and trending content .
  • Work with data to analyze user behavior and content performance .
  • Assist in writing product specs , documentation, and plans for experiments or features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and data analysts on development tasks.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems).
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (required for effective coordination with international teams).
  • Passion for content platforms, personalization technologies , or recommendation systems .
  • Comfort working with data and drawing basic insights.
  • Fast learner with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude .
Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
  • Internship or academic experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science .
  • Familiarity with analytics or experimentation platforms.
  • Exposure to content product development or consumer-facing platforms.
