About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a unique, fixed-term opportunity designed for early career talent and recent graduates to immerse themselves in the world of Web3. Participants gain real-world experience at the forefront of blockchain innovation, while networking, learning, and shaping the future of digital finance.

Team Introduction

The Central Product Team powers the infrastructure, experience, and functionality behind Binance’s global product ecosystem. We focus on improving user journeys , enhancing platform scalability, and supporting rapid innovation across Binance Pay and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product initiatives and technical solution delivery to address business challenges
  • Apply a solution-oriented mindset to define strategic product improvements and customer value propositions
  • Manage campaign execution , production rollouts , and process changes for key initiatives
  • Translate operational needs into technical requirements and ensure risk protocols are followed
  • Conduct market research and fulfill information-gathering assignments to support product decisions
Who Can Apply
  • Current university students or recent graduates
  • Passionate about fintech, crypto, and global product innovation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics , Business Management , Computer Science , or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (required for coordinating with overseas partners)
  • Highly organized , detail-oriented, and adept at streamlining processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with a commitment to high-quality output
