About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is designed to provide early-career professionals with immersive, real-world experience in the fast-paced Web3 and blockchain industry. The program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects at one of the world’s leading crypto organizations.

Team Overview

You will join the Central Product Team , which drives user-centric innovation and builds scalable solutions for Binance’s global platform. The team focuses on enhancing content experiences, operational efficiency, and user engagement across Binance’s products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product team in optimizing content recommendation algorithms
  • Contribute feedback on personalized feeds, trending content, and user interaction features
  • Work with data to analyze user behavior and content engagement metrics
  • Help draft product specifications , documentation, and experiment plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and analysts on feature development
Requirements
  • Year 3/4 student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with global teams
  • Demonstrated interest in recommendation systems , content platforms, or personalization algorithms
  • Comfortable analyzing data and deriving actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Bonus: Internship or academic experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science
