About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

This 3–6 month immersive program is designed for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the Web3 and crypto space . Participants will:

  • Work directly on key business and technical projects
  • Build data-driven skills with real-world impact
  • Grow their professional networks and career foundation in a high-growth tech environment
Role Summary

As a Data Analyst , you will collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze data, support decision-making, and explore innovative use cases involving machine learning and large language models (LLMs) . Your work will transform complex data into actionable insights to enhance Binance's operational efficiency and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data analysis & modeling : Clean, process, and model data to uncover insights supporting Binance’s core business decisions.
  • Apply ML techniques : Use statistical and machine learning methods for tasks like user behavior prediction and operational optimization .
  • Leverage LLMs : Contribute to LLM-based projects (e.g., prompt engineering, automated reporting, Q&A systems).
  • Data visualization : Create dashboards and visual reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to support stakeholder decision-making.
  • Workflow optimization : Help improve data pipelines—collection, storage, and processing—for quality and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics , or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Programming/Data Tools: Proficient in Python, R, SQL ; strong understanding of Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn .
  • Visualization Tools: Familiar with Tableau, Power BI , or Matplotlib .
  • ML/LLMs: Understanding of machine learning fundamentals , LLMs, prompt engineering , and fine-tuning techniques (hands-on experience is a plus).
Other Requirements:
  • Strong analytical thinking and data intuition —able to spot patterns and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven strategies.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (required for global collaboration with internal and external teams).
