Job Description

Title : Binance Accelerator Program – QA

Type : Full-time (6-month fixed term)

Eligibility : Current university students or recent graduates (can commit to a 6-month term)

Team : Quality Assurance / Engineering Support

  • Requirements Gathering : Liaise with internal teams to understand tooling and QA needs.
  • Environment Maintenance : Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality assurance standards.
  • Engineering Support : Assist developers in config management, troubleshooting, and workflow automation.
  • Tool & System Development : Build internal systems to improve software development and release cycle efficiency.
  • Focused on Java automation and Cypress UI automation for internal tools.
  • Programming Skills :
  • Comfortable with Java development .
  • Exposure to Cypress or similar UI testing tools is a plus.
  • QA Knowledge :
  • Understanding of software testing , bug tracking , and automation frameworks .
  • Familiar with CI/CD , QA pipelines, and SDLC concepts.
  • Middleware Experience (basic familiarity is enough):
  • MySQL , Kafka , Elasticsearch (understanding of how these integrate into backend systems).
  • Soft Skills :
  • Strong communicator and collaborator in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and strong initiative.
