Overview

The Role: As part of our Dealer Sales team you’ll manage new and existing dealer relationships, which includes dealer onboarding, integration of clients, trade enquiry and execution, in a manner consistent with the corporate goals of MarketAxess.

How You’ll Help Take Us There
  • Identifying and on-boarding new dealers.
  • Effectively marketing our products and services to dealers.
  • Assist the dealer relationship management team in developing relationships with new dealers if requested. Ability to specify sectors traded at each dealer.
  • Work with the EMEA / US based client and dealer sales and product management teams to maximise EMEA / US product volumes with Asian clients.
  • Participate in client and product management team meetings and discussions.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally at least 3+ year’s sales experience with an investment bank, trading platform or vendor.
  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income markets.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling proposition for e-trading. Effectively marketing our products and services to dealers.
  • Results-driven, high energy and pro-active work ethic.
  • Fluency in Mandarin a strong plus.
