Overview Industry/ Organization Type: Design & Built/ Gas System Position Title: Business Development Director Working Location: Based at USA Office (Travel required) Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Thu (8am – 6pm), Fri (8am – 5pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus (Twice yearly) Duration: Permanent Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new business opportunities across relevant sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead strategic discussions to align solutions with client needs and long-term goals. Oversee cost evaluations and budgeting processes to ensure profitability and financial sustainability of projects. Develop pricing strategies and lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction and project viability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations. Supervise invoicing procedures, payment tracking, and ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions. Monitor outstanding payments, implement follow-up strategies, and maintain healthy cash flow through proactive receivables management. Apply Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales leadership, or commercial strategy—preferably within the engineering, semiconductor, or gas systems industry Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities. Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and closing deals. Willing to travel overseas when required. Proficient in Mandarin Language (reading and writing) to liaise and handle documents with Taiwan headquarters.
