As a Recruitment Consultant, you will :
- Build and manage your own client portfolio through business development
- Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in leading companies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that make a real impact
- Become a market expert in your chosen industry vertical
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar commercial role
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
