Overview Skills Development Academy is looking for motivated and driven individuals or fresh graduates to join us as B2B Sales Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are keen to start their sales career in the training and skills development industry, working with corporate clients and decision-makers. Working Hours & Benefits Monday - Friday Working Hours: 9am – 6pm 14 days Annual Leave + 14 days Medical Leave Attractive Basic Salary: $3,500 – $5,000 Uncapped incentives & commissions (up to $20,000 monthly) Structured training, coaching, and clear career progression Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to corporate prospects to introduce Skills Development Academy’s training programmes. Engage corporate representatives at events, roadshows, and networking sessions to promote Skills Development Academy’s training programmes. Introduce and explain our courses to businesses, highlighting how they support workforce upskilling and business growth. Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions. Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients. Represent the academy professionally and uphold strong brand presence at all times. Requirements Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply (no prior sales experience required). Interest in B2B sales, corporate training, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to new people. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a target-driven environment.
