Senior / Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Systems and Training)

Join us to apply for the Senior / Executive, Outpatient Clinic Operations (Systems and Training) role at Sengkang General Hospital .
You will ensure overall clinic operational efficiency from a systems perspective. Responsibilities include providing support and handling feedback related to outpatient systems to ensure seamless service delivery for patients. You will liaise with the Information Technology department and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on systems enhancement projects at various levels, including Ministry, SingHealth cluster, hospital, or department. Additionally, you will develop training materials and conduct training sessions on outpatient business systems.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 2 years of experience
- Healthcare operations experience is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good project management skills with a systems design thinking approach
- Self-directed, independent, and able to work under tight timelines
- Resourceful, meticulous team player
