Job Summary The Senior Sales Operations Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for end-to-end sales operations, driving process optimization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. He/she will also need to manage and oversee the bid management process, ensuring competitive, compliant, and high-quality proposals that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes to maximize efficiency and sales effectiveness. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics, delivering actionable insights to leadership. Manage CRM systems strategy to ensure data accuracy, automation, and user adoption across sales teams. Lead and develop the sales operations team to achieve organizational goals. Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Identify and implement technology improvements to enhance sales workflows and reporting. Oversee the entire bid management lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, bid strategy development, cross-functional coordination, proposal creation, compliance, and submission. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 7-10 years progressive sales operations experience with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in CRM management (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools. Demonstrated experience in bid or proposal management, preferably with large or complex deals. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
