Office of Organisation and Service Excellence - Deputy Manager

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Senior Executives and Executives to deliver high-quality, learner- and staff-centric services across RP’s operational touchpoints.
  • Oversee operational processes supporting staff and student needs, ensuring efficient service delivery aligned with RP’s standards.
  • Drive service digitalisation and innovation by adopting digital tools and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Power BI, and low-code applications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality, monitor performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
  • Manage operational planning, resource allocation, inventory, contracts, and service schedules to support daily operations while maintaining compliance and documentation.
  • Coordinate with colleagues managing frontline operations to ensure alignment and continuity across service touchpoints, supporting both backend and frontline teams.
What we are looking for
  • Relevant academic qualifications with at least 5 years of experience in service operations or customer experience.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement with vendors, internal departments, and service partners.
  • Interest or experience in AI, automation, or data-driven tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance workflow and service quality.
