Overview

What the role is: As part of the Ministry’s communications and engagement efforts, you will be in a dynamic team that drives a culture of service excellence and effectively communicates policies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and respond to queries, feedback and appeals according to service standards
  • Analyse and prepare service management reports
  • Manage service knowledge management audits
  • Lead Parliament coordination matters within the Ministry
  • Lead service excellence-related projects
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language will have an added advantage
  • IT proficient and able to learn and use new digital tools and systems
  • Customer service-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in national and public policy issues
About Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance (MOF) is responsible for managing Singapore’s fiscal policies and the structure of its economy. We work to maintain international standards and best practices in areas such as company law, accounting standards, and corporate governance principles.
